Look at this fabulous Pontiac Firebird with only 46,000 original miles. Finished in black and paired with a scooped hood and 5-spoke wheels, this car looks mean! From 1993 until 1997, the sole engine for the Formula and Trans Am was the 5.7 L LT1 V8, essentially identical to the LT1 in the C4 Corvette except for more flow-restrictive intake and exhaust systems. To accompany the V8, it was optioned with the 4-speed automatic transmission, producing around 300HP. Steering wheel audio controls were included with optional uplevel cassette or compact disc stereo systems. This car was further modified by SLP Engineering, which included a composite hood with a Corvette air cleaner assembly, 17-inch aluminum rims, a performance exhaust system with stainless steel exhaust tips, and distinctive “Firehawk” graphics. A local gentleman traded this Firebird for a C5 Corvette convertible; he wanted something he could put the entire top down on instead of T-Tops. We acquired this vehicle back in 2022 before selling it to the gentleman who traded it in, and he only put less than 2,000 miles on it. We are now offering it for sale again!
