Another beautiful Basil Classic... this 1963 Chevrolet Biscayne showing 88,820 miles has been handpicked and meets Joe Basil's standards of excellence and tradition of fine automobiles since 1951. This vehicle is truly one of a kind and one of the cleanest, best-maintained, showroom-condition Biscaynes you will find! Buy with confidence!!
Here we have one of the cleanest full-size Chevys we have ever had, this beautifully restored 1963 Chevrolet Biscayne. Originally from Ohio, this car was repainted in a custom blue color, making it stand out. Unlike an Impala, this car's exterior, with its simple styling cues, features only a small amount of chrome and brightwork in good condition. As well as body-painted steel wheels, this car still turns heads. Under the hood is a 348 cu in V8 backed by a 4-speed manual transmission, which gives this car a more muscular kinda of feel. Inside, this car has a matching blue factory-like interior, with woven-style front and rear bench seats, door panels, dash, carpet, and headliner all in great condition. Styling ques for the interior: a very simple dash with a speedometer, fuel gauge, warning indicators, and a clock, going from left to right. Some notable creature comforts for this car are a central tachometer, a Vintage Air A/C system with underdash air, and power steering. Overall, the car's condition reflects careful use and maintenance over the years. This 1963 Biscayne is a rare opportunity to own a true full-size Chevy that is ready for anything. This car is equally at home on the road, at local shows, or in a serious collection—a genuine piece of early muscle car history — turn-key, influential, and unmistakably iconic.
