Another beautiful Basil Classic... this 1967 Chevrolet Nova showing 27,140 miles on the odometer has been handpicked and meets Joe Basil's standards of excellence and tradition of fine automobiles since 1951.
Finished in a striking Bolero Red over a black vinyl interior, this 1967 Chevrolet Nova is a sharp example of Chevy's compact muscle from the era. The two-door sedan sports clean, uncluttered lines with plenty of chrome trim, dual headlights, and a straightforward grille that gives it that classic mid-60s presence. Red-painted steel wheels with polished hubcaps add a nice pop of color that ties into the body paint. Under the hood sits a 327 cubic-inch small-block V8, clearly marked by the "327 Turbo-Fire" air cleaner lid, dressed up with chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner housing. The engine bay is tidy and well-detailed, making this a great driver for someone who wants classic small-block power without the size and weight of a full-size Chevy. Inside, the black bench seats (front and rear) are in excellent condition, complemented by a simple, functional dash with a straightforward gauge cluster and a thin-rim steering wheel typical of the period. This is a no-options car. No radio, no power steering or brakes, bench seat, column shifter setup, and rubber flooring! The two-door body style keeps things sporty while still offering practical rear-seat room. This Nova presents as a well-preserved, nicely restored/maintained example — a great entry point into classic Chevy ownership with a punchy small-block under the hood and eye-catching red paint that's sure to turn heads at any show or cruise night.
