Another beautiful Basil Classic... this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air showing 493 miles has been handpicked and meets Joe Basil's standards of excellence and tradition of fine automobiles since 1951.

Hailing from California, this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible is an excellent restoration that blends timeless '57 styling with thoughtful modern touches, resulting in a resto-mod that drives as well as it looks. Finished in stunning Harbor Blue with a tan power top and color-matched top frame, this Bel Air rides lowered on a staggered set of US Mag wheels, giving it a purposeful, aggressive stance that perfectly complements its classic tri-five lines, gold anodized trim, and iconic bat-wing rear fenders. Under the hood is a built, fuel-injected 350 V8 paired with a smooth-shifting automatic transmission, giving this Bel Air modern drivability and reliable performance while retaining that unmistakable small-block rumble. The car has been further upgraded with power disc brakes, power steering, and A/C, ensuring it's as comfortable and capable on the road today as it was eye-catching in its day. Laser-straight paint and bodywork highlight the quality of this build, while the finishing touches continue underneath with correct red oxide floors for an authentic look where it counts most. Step inside to a fully custom interior finished with a modern touch, featuring a modern touchscreen Bluetooth radio with upgraded speakers, digital gauges cleverly integrated into the classic dash, and a tilt steering column for added driver comfort. Convenience features abound, including power windows, power vent windows, power seats, and USB charging built right into the console — all wrapped in beautifully finished tan leather upholstery. This Bel Air is offered as one part of a 2-car collection, cared for at the highest level by an enthusiast owner who spared no expense in its build. With its laser-straight presentation, built and fuel-injected small-block power, and thoughtfully integrated modern amenities, this 1957 Bel Air convertible is a true turn-key resto-mod ready to be enjoyed on the road or shown at the next cruise-in.
