Hillman is a British car manufacturer that produced cars from 1931 to 1970, and many companies copied designs for their own cars such as Humber and Sunbeam. This Hillman Minx is finished in a 2-tone White and Blue exterior which makes this car stand out even more especially with its design. New for the 47' - 48' model years was the Minx Mark II in this saloon body style, much was still the same to previous years. Under the hood is a 1185cc side-valve engine paired to a 4-speed manual “on the column” shifter to produce 35HP. This is facelifted in many respects with updated bumpers, front wings, dashboard, and headlamps built in. The rims are also paint-matched blue with white wall tires and chrome hub cabs, which makes this car look how it would from the factory.
